Preface

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the MAA Group Consulting Engineers, this volume, the 7th in the series, collects 104 technical papers prepared by the staff of the MAA Group and published in technical journals and conference proceedings in the period of 2005 to 2009.

Acknowledgements are due to all the staff members of MAA who have contributed to the preparation of the original papers.
